1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to YallahMeals, a meal prep service operated by Yallah Foods LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using YallahMeals, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Service Description

YallahMeals provides freshly prepared, 100% Halal meal delivery services. We offer various meal plans including:

• Student Friendly Plan - Budget-friendly, balanced meals
• The Essentials Plan - Perfectly balanced, chef-curated meals
• High Protein Plan - Performance-focused meals with 35g+ protein

Services may be purchased as one-time orders or recurring subscriptions with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Placing Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by YallahMeals. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of subscription creation.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the payment method for your order total. For subscriptions, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Recurring Billing

Subscription orders are billed automatically according to your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Charges occur at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5.2 Subscription Management

You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to take effect.

5.3 Pausing Subscriptions

You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Paused subscriptions do not incur charges and can be resumed at any time through your dashboard.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area

We deliver to the State College and Happy Valley area in Pennsylvania. Delivery availability is subject to your location and may be verified during checkout.

6.2 Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made according to the schedule you select. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver on the scheduled date, but delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Receiving Deliveries

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items. YallahMeals is not responsible for meals left unattended or spoilage due to delayed retrieval.

7. Food Safety and Allergies

7.1 Food Handling

All meals are prepared fresh in our kitchens following food safety standards. Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed by the date indicated on the packaging.

7.2 Allergen Information

While we provide allergen information for our meals, all items are prepared in kitchens that handle common allergens including dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy. If you have severe allergies, please consult with us before ordering.

7.3 Dietary Restrictions

All YallahMeals products are 100% Halal. You may indicate dietary preferences and restrictions in your account, but you are responsible for reviewing individual meal ingredients before consumption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the YallahMeals website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Yallah Foods LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yallah Foods LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Centre County, Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
